Superkop is a super-simple, minimalistic manual espresso machine. Grind the coffee, fill with hot water and pull the lever.

Based on the functional principle of the classic hand lever espresso machine, the water is pressed through the coffee manually with a piston. Superkop does not require any electricity. You can use hot water to get a traditional espresso. You can also use cold water for an amazing cold brew.
