The original La Pavoni Cellini was a no frills champion. It was a little rough around the edges, but it was reliable and it was a great performer. The Cellini Pro is in a different league when it comes to fit and finish, with a new and more precise chassis, thick stainless steel cup rails, new drip trays with magnets for a snig fit, slimline adjustable feet, a new gauge design and a number of internal tweaks as well.
