The Baratza Sette 270 is a high performance appliance. With the Baratza Sette, the outer burr rotates and the inner burr is fixed. Grind is fluffy and grind retention is low as coffee passes straight through the grinder, directly into the espresso portafilter. This grinder also features stepless grind size adjustment.
