The Lelit Mara X V2 is a compact heat exchanger coffee machine. This is the innovative Italian.

This machine has an innovative dual sensor system for control of the brew water temperature. This machine is great if you make 1-2 espressos per session but it’s not great if you make 3+ per session. The reason for this is that when the brew lever is pulled up to extract the first espresso the machine automatically boosts the boiler pressure and by the time you get to a 3rd espresso the boiler temperature is too high. The good news - the high temperature is great for steam pressure.
